Welcome to Luxe Purr Lounge. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Luxe Purr Lounge website and any services, features, purchases, memberships, reservations, or other offerings that may become available through it.

1. About Luxe Purr Lounge

Luxe Purr Lounge is an upscale cat café and lounge concept currently in development. Information regarding our future location, opening date, menu, services, pricing, hours, cats, partnerships, events, and other offerings is subject to change prior to opening.

Content displayed on this website during development should not be interpreted as a guarantee that a particular feature, product, service, menu item, amenity, or opening date will ultimately be offered.

2. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful, personal purposes.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access to website systems, use automated methods to improperly collect website information, or use Luxe Purr Lounge content for unlawful purposes.

3. Founding Memberships

Luxe Purr Lounge may offer a limited number of one-time Founding Memberships during its development.

Founding Membership benefits, eligibility, pricing, availability, and redemption terms will be described at the time a membership is offered for purchase.

Founding Memberships are intended to support the development and launch of Luxe Purr Lounge while providing the purchaser with the specific benefits associated with the selected membership tier.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Founding Memberships:

Are one-time purchases and not recurring subscriptions.
Do not represent ownership, equity, investment, partnership, or other financial interest in Luxe Purr Lounge.
Do not entitle a member to profits, distributions, voting rights, or management rights.
Have no cash value beyond any refund rights specifically provided at the time of purchase.
May not be combined with other offers unless specifically permitted.

Certain benefits may not become available until Luxe Purr Lounge opens to the public.

Additional terms specific to Founding Memberships may be presented before purchase and will become part of these Terms & Conditions upon acceptance.

4. Reservations & Cat Lounge Admission

When reservations become available, lounge admission may be subject to capacity limitations, time limits, age requirements, safety rules, cancellation policies, and other guest policies.

A reservation does not guarantee interaction with any particular cat or guarantee that a specific number of cats will be present or available for interaction.

Cats are living animals with individual personalities and needs. Their health, comfort, and welfare will always take priority.

Guests may be required to follow additional lounge rules and sign an acknowledgment or waiver before entering the cat lounge.

5. Adoptable Cats

Luxe Purr Lounge intends to work with independent animal rescue organizations to help connect adoptable cats with potential adopters.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, adoption decisions are made by the applicable rescue organization and not solely by Luxe Purr Lounge.

Visiting or interacting with a cat at Luxe Purr Lounge does not guarantee approval for adoption or reserve that animal for a particular guest.

6. Food & Beverage Offerings

Menu items, ingredients, prices, and availability may change without notice.

Guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions should inform staff before ordering. Although reasonable care may be taken, we cannot guarantee that food or beverages will be completely free from allergens or cross-contact.

Images and descriptions displayed on the website may be illustrative, particularly while Luxe Purr Lounge remains in development.

7. Events & Special Experiences

Special events, preview events, private experiences, and other activities may have separate eligibility requirements, capacity restrictions, cancellation policies, or additional terms.

Event details will be provided when applicable.

8. Purchases & Payments

When online purchasing becomes available, prices and applicable charges will be displayed before checkout.

Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment processors.

Luxe Purr Lounge reserves the right to refuse or cancel a transaction when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, technical errors, or unauthorized transactions.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

Refund and cancellation eligibility may vary depending on the product or service purchased.

Any applicable refund, cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show policy will be disclosed in connection with the relevant purchase or reservation.

Where a separate Refund Policy is provided, that policy is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Luxe Purr Lounge name, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, website designs, written content, promotional materials, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Luxe Purr Lounge.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, modified, or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

Our website may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including payment processors, reservation platforms, social media platforms, rescue organizations, or other providers.

Luxe Purr Lounge does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, policies, security, or practices of independent third-party services.
